Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2025
We have been certified as a "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi as a company actively promoting health management.
In recent years, societal values have been shifting, and initiatives such as health management and work style reforms have gained momentum. While improving productivity is a major challenge for companies, cases of employees experiencing physical or mental health issues triggered by long working hours and deteriorating workplace environments are becoming increasingly common. Our company is no exception, with a growing number of employees taking leave due to illness or mental health concerns. This has made it essential for us to address these issues as a company-wide initiative.
To ensure both company growth and employee well-being, we have applied for certification as a "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2025". Moving forward, we will remain conscious of the importance of these initiatives and strive to improve their quality. By positioning employee health management as a key business priority, we have established a Health Declaration and are committed to promoting health-focused management practices that foster a workplace where employees can work energetically, both physically and mentally.

My Personal Health Journey
About 18 years ago, I quit smoking (after succeeding on my second attempt). Quitting smoking made food taste better, and I started waking up feeling more refreshed, which eventually led me to develop a habit of going to bed early and waking up early.
As I live alone for work, I tend to indulge in my favorite foods. However, I make an effort to cook for myself as much as possible and focus on eating a vegetable-based diet. I strive to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits into my daily routine, treating them as natural and essential parts of my everyday life — even during my busy schedule.
